Shipping

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the specified regions/countries. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.  
  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.  
  3. Shipping Time: Once processed, standard shipping orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days (Belgium & The Netherlands). Please allow additional time for delivery to remote areas. Please note all shipping times online are a guide and not a promise, We aim to have all order delivered to you as soon as possible. Unveil Activewear can not be held responsible for custom delays. Delays can also be caused by Holidays, peak times such as Black Friday or new product launches, we will always do our best to inform customers of any known delays.  
  4. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for each order, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your package through our website or by using the designated courier's tracking system.  
  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.  
  6. Canceling an order:  If you would like to change or cancel you order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible the team will to their best to accommodate. Email: info@unveilactive.com  
  7. Tax and duty charges: Please be aware that all orders with delivery outside of the EU will be subject Tax and Duty charges. To find out how much these charges would be, you will need to contact your local tax office as the charges vary from country to country. Tax & Duty charges are completely out of our control.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for these charges. An order cannot be cancelled or 'returned to sender' unless these charges have been cleared. Delay or refusal when paying for these charges, will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions.
