Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 20 days from the date of purchase. Please note that any perfume, make-up, fake tan, sweat or deodorant stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items. Items must include all original tags and be in the same pristine, sellable condition that they were received. They must also be in their original packaging. Garments that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back. PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS.
- Return Process: We kindly ask that you consider requesting our size guide before making a purchase to help minimize returns. Your proactive approach in this regard would be greatly appreciated. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@unveilactive.com or send us a DM on Instagram (@unveil_active) and kindly provide the reason for the return. Once you've informed us about the return, we will create a return label and send it to your email. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us continuously improve and refine our products. Return Shipping: We cover the return costs for your convenience. We use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. Please note that shipping costs paid on your original purchase are non-refundable, as they were allocated to the postage service.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
